Are you STUCK?
In the last few weeks I have done
many individual psychic readings. I always find it curious when
a common theme starts to develop. Since I do not believe that
something happens by accident, such synchronistic moments draw
my attention.
There were several commonalities,
but the main issue is that the people were feeling ‘stuck’ on
their path. They did not feel that their lives, both at work or
in their business, or their personal relationships (or the lack
thereof) were moving forward or making a difference for them.
Many times when you are totally
involved in living and working, you can loose focus on the big
picture. That big picture includes very crucial connections. You
don’t notice that there is joy missing or that you are not
really having fun. You are just busy.
The recommendations that I made
in these readings really ended up coming from them. I saw them
doing things that would change them, would awaken them and get
them on their life path. They were doing actions that enhanced
their life. They were taking steps that would make them
‘unstuck’.
What did they do to become
unstuck? They saw that they had forgotten to go out of
themselves, to give of themselves. With that door open they saw
more options than they thought possible. One person who is
involved with construction and woodworking saw opportunities to
volunteer with groups like Habitat for Humanity. That way he
could give of himself and share his strengths with others.
Another person realized that many of her talents were going
unused and decided to investigate becoming a Big Sister. Several
others, in looking for ways to enhance their business side, will
seek to become volunteers with the Art Museum, Omsi and several
of our local theaters. One is looking to become involved with
their neighborhood association.
Do you see the common theme? The
way they were determining to become ‘unstuck’ was not to turn
inward, but to look at the bigger picture. They were looking at
ways to give of themselves. They chose to make real for
themselves that old saying, “For it is in giving, that you
receive.”
Remember; Change the way you look
at things, and the things you look at change! |
